1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for items purchased directly from VizzPerfumes under the following conditions:

  • Unopened Products: If the perfume or product has not been opened, used, or damaged, you can return it within 30 days of your purchase.
  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage for a full refund or replacement.
  • Wrong Items: If you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance with your return or exchange.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on opened or used fragrance bottles due to hygiene and safety reasons. If you’ve tested the product and are dissatisfied with the scent, we recommend exploring our sample and discovery sets to try new fragrances before purchasing full-size bottles.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used perfume bottles.
  • Gift cards.
  • Custom or personalized products (such as engraved bottles or custom-designed packaging).

3. Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will process your refund according to the following steps:

  • Return the Item: Please send back the unused product to our warehouse within 30 days. Use the original packaging if possible to ensure safe return shipping.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping Costs: If you are returning an item due to a defect or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs. If you are returning the item for any other reason (e.g., personal preference), the return shipping will be at your expense.
